These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the automated document extraction services provided by MailOps Studio ("we," "us," or "our"). By signing up for our service, you ("the Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms.
MailOps Studio provides an automated email-based data extraction service for logistics documents (Bills of Lading, Air Waybills, Commercial Invoices). The Customer forwards documents to a dedicated inbound email address, and the Service returns extracted data in an Excel format.
2.1. The Service is provided on a monthly subscription basis. The standard fee is €249 per month, excluding VAT.
2.2. Invoices are issued monthly and are due within 14 days of the invoice date.
2.3. Failure to pay within the 14-day period may result in suspension of the Service until payment is received.
3.1. There is no minimum contract period. The Customer may cancel their subscription at any time.
3.2. Cancellation requires 30 days' written notice, sent via email to info@mailopsstudio.com.
3.3. We reserve the right to terminate the Service immediately if the Customer breaches these Terms or uses the Service for unlawful purposes.
4.1. We offer a 14-day free trial to new customers.
4.2. No payment is required during the trial. At the end of the trial period, the Customer must opt-in to a paid subscription to continue using the Service.
5.1. We aim to provide the Service with commercially reasonable uptime.
5.2. Support is provided via email at info@mailopsstudio.com during normal Dutch business hours.
6.1. The Service uses automated optical character recognition (OCR) and AI to extract data. While accuracy is generally high, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy. The Customer is responsible for verifying critical data.
6.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MailOps Studio's total liability for any claims arising out of or related to the Service shall be limited to the total amount paid by the Customer to MailOps Studio in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
6.3. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
7.1. Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) signed between the Customer and MailOps Studio.
7.2. Original documents submitted to the Service are automatically deleted within 24 hours of processing.
8.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
8.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
Deze Algemene Voorwaarden ("Voorwaarden") regelen uw toegang tot en gebruik van de geautomatiseerde documentextractiediensten die worden geleverd door MailOps Studio ("wij", "ons" of "onze"). Door u aan te melden voor onze dienst, gaat u ("de Klant") akkoord met deze Voorwaarden.
MailOps Studio biedt een geautomatiseerde, op e-mail gebaseerde data-extractiedienst voor logistieke documenten (Bills of Lading, Air Waybills, Commercial Invoices). De Klant stuurt documenten door naar een toegewezen inkomend e-mailadres en de Dienst retourneert de geëxtraheerde gegevens in Excel-formaat.
2.1. De Dienst wordt geleverd op basis van een maandelijks abonnement. Het standaardtarief is €249 per maand, exclusief btw.
2.2. Facturen worden maandelijks verzonden en dienen binnen 14 dagen na de factuurdatum te worden voldaan.
2.3. Het niet betalen binnen de termijn van 14 dagen kan leiden tot opschorting van de Dienst totdat de betaling is ontvangen.
3.1. Er is geen minimale contractperiode. De Klant kan het abonnement op elk moment opzeggen.
3.2. Annulering vereist een schriftelijke opzegtermijn van 30 dagen, per e-mail verzonden naar info@mailopsstudio.com.
3.3. Wij behouden ons het recht voor om de Dienst onmiddellijk te beëindigen indien de Klant deze Voorwaarden schendt of de Dienst voor onwettige doeleinden gebruikt.
4.1. Wij bieden nieuwe klanten een gratis proefperiode van 14 dagen.
4.2. Tijdens de proefperiode is geen betaling vereist. Aan het einde van de proefperiode moet de Klant expliciet instemmen met een betaald abonnement om de Dienst te blijven gebruiken.
5.1. Wij streven ernaar de Dienst te leveren met een commercieel redelijke uptime.
5.2. Ondersteuning wordt geboden via e-mail op info@mailopsstudio.com tijdens normale Nederlandse kantooruren.
6.1. De Dienst maakt gebruik van geautomatiseerde optische tekenherkenning (OCR) en AI om gegevens te extraheren. Hoewel de nauwkeurigheid over het algemeen hoog is, garanderen wij geen 100% nauwkeurigheid. De Klant is verantwoordelijk voor het verifiëren van kritieke gegevens.
6.2. Voor zover maximaal toegestaan door de wet, is de totale aansprakelijkheid van MailOps Studio voor enige claims voortvloeiend uit of gerelateerd aan de Dienst beperkt tot het totale bedrag dat door de Klant aan MailOps Studio is betaald in de drie (3) maanden voorafgaand aan de gebeurtenis die aanleiding gaf tot de claim.
6.3. Wij zijn niet aansprakelijk voor enige indirecte, incidentele, speciale, gevolg- of punitieve schade, inclusief winstderving, verlies van gegevens of zakelijke kansen.
7.1. Onze omgang met persoonsgegevens wordt geregeld door ons Privacybeleid en de Verwerkersovereenkomst (DPA) die is gesloten tussen de Klant en MailOps Studio.
7.2. Originele documenten die bij de Dienst worden ingediend, worden automatisch binnen 24 uur na verwerking verwijderd.
8.1. Deze Voorwaarden worden beheerst door en geïnterpreteerd in overeenstemming met de wetten van Nederland.
8.2. Alle geschillen die voortvloeien uit of verband houden met deze Voorwaarden zullen exclusief worden voorgelegd aan de bevoegde rechtbanken in Rotterdam, Nederland.
